Ian McCallister

Ian McCallister is an associate in our recently opened Boston office. Ian is a graduate of Northeastern University, where he earned high honors while completing his Bachelor of Science degree with a major in English. After taking postgraduate courses at Northeastern, he obtained his J. D. from Suffolk University Law School, graduating cum laude. While attending Suffolk, Ian was a member of the Transnational Law Review.

Ian began his legal career working at a small, general practice firm, where he gravitated towards representing injured plaintiffs, taking on medical malpractice, products liability, and automobile accident cases. Later, he joined Ashcraft & Gerel, representing thousands of clients injured by their exposure to asbestos, along with other mass tort cases. At Pollack & Flanders, his next firm, Ian continued this work, in addition to representing hundreds of clients injured by silicone breast implants. At Brent Coon & Associates, he will continue his dedication to obtaining justice for clients injured through the negligence of others.

Ian is a member of the state and federal bars in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, in addition to the state bar of New York. He is active in the Massachusetts Bar Association, serving as a member of the Health Law Section Counsel. He also belongs to the American Association for Justice, as well as the New York State Bar Association and New Hampshire Bar Association.
